Republican Mock Convention 2012

   logo 2

Mock Convention is an Ohio Wesleyan tradition that dates back to 1884. To ensure a lively debate and healthy competition between candidates, the Mock represents the party not in control of the White House with the aim of predicting that party's presidential nominee for the coming election. It is designed both as an educational experience and as a social event so that participants with various party affiliations can interact and discuss a wide range of policy issues with each other. Prior political knowledge is not necessary.

The convention will take place in Gray Chapel on Friday, February 10th beginning at 4:00pm and Saturday, February 11th beginning at 8:30 am. To sign-up for the Convention please click here!
