The subsequently listed procedures and rules, as well as Robert's Rules of Order, shall hereby be the determining factors governing Mock Convention 2012. If Robert's Rules of Orders should at any time come into conflict with the following listed procedures and rules, these procedures and rules shall take precedence over Robert's Rules of Orders.
